About

About us.

MUSIC is our passion.

We believe IN COMMUNITY as a source of connection, listening, support, growth, and career advancement.

We offer a professional NETWORK with a suite of services to support the careers of musicians, who are the heart of the music industry.

Our Professional Team

Kristen and Nancy first connected at the 2023 IBMA World of Bluegrass® and quickly recognized their common experiences as educators and shared passion for the music community. They share a vision of using their writing and workshop facilitation skills to support musicians in developing their careers.

Together, as the Music In Community Network, Kristen and Nancy are teaming up with experts from the music industry to offer online workshops focused on musicians’ career development, such as creating press kits, promoting your shows, holding effective rehearsals, preserving your legacy, and more.
We also work directly with musicians on press kits, bios, liner notes, one sheets, website content, and coaching.

Based in Nashville, Kristen and Nancy can be frequently sighted in local music venues.
